Great room and location, suite was amazing. A awesome bathroom and shower! Staff were super friendly. We accidentally left something in the room and the staff were great when we contacted them the next day to arrange putting it in a safe place until we arranged collection. Great spot!

I stayed for 7 days in a villa. The rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen and throws your thrash out. I lost some items after checking out and tried contacting the hotel via email and their contact us page and even via message on Expedia. There was practically no answer. Their counter only has one staff present and I am wondering if there is any customer service at all. Any hotel I stayed in all around the world would ask what I want to do with any items left behind.

We had a top floor room this time and the view was great. It's in the morning that the view is just so enjoyable. As always, the room was a good size and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoy staying here and will stay again.
