"Nice enough, you get what you pay for. The rooms are very tired, the chair in my room had a stain and what I assume was a very old cigarette burn. Ceiling was... interesting. Shower curtain rod was hanging on by a wish. Downstairs, mix and match tables and chairs for breakfast. During checkin (6pm ish on a Saturday), had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the solitary staff person to get back from whatever she was doing in the basement."

"Great location right in the centre of Perth, but no traffic noise. The studio is small, but well equipped and tastefully decorated, dog-friendly too. Communication with the host was easy. Nice outdoor space, but unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating for our visit. Would stay here again."
