"We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. "Fantastic welcome from Sam the host. Great breakfast, really appreciated the fruit salad, that was a nice surprise! Very nice comfortable room and just a short walk from town. Great recommendations of pubs/restaurants and the discounts are a nice touch. WiFi reception could be improved but it was sufficient to get some work done in the evening. I will definitely stay again when back in the area."
