"I was in room 16 and the noise from the upper room was unbelievable for a hotel and it was only them walking around the floor was very loud lucky Im nit sure if you are aware of it , but it didn’t spoil my stay "

"All the staff were very friendly, chattyand pleasant. The hotel was easy to locate with ample parking, the hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was easy and quick with all useful information provided. The room was on the first floor with lift and stair access. The room was clean , tidy but was chilly on arrival - quick blast of heating took the chill off. Whilst the bathroom was vey clean there was a few cracked tiles on the door which could do with attention. Good choice at breakfast, staff very attentive at keeping items replenished and clearing tables. Great nights sleep in a very comfy bed, despite facing the main road there was issues with traffic noise. The hotel is a short drive to Perth centre. Would recommend staying here and we will visit again "

"This was our 2nd stay after too long a break! The beautiful Georgian property was filled with curios & an eclectic mix of artwork and ornaments. Our room was spotlessly clean & spacious, with a king size bed, comfy armchairs for chilling in & filled with a curated mix of styles that worked beautifully. Arran Aromatics toiletries & large fluffy towels were in the ensuite. For our arrival, in our room, there were freshly baked scones with jam & clotted cream, mini shortbread rounds, little chocolate bars, specialist teas & coffee along with bottles of water. Sleep sprays, power chargers, night lights etc were all available. Ironing services were available if required. Satsumas and chocolate toffees were placed in crystal dishes around the property for guests to help themselves. Large umbrellas were available to borrow. There were dedicated parking spots behind the property on a quiet mews lane. The property looks onto a large park. But.. special mention needs to be made about breakfast!! David made from delicious locally sourced ingredients. All kicked off with the most delicious fruit cocktail we've ever had. David provided a personal level of service that was hugely appreciated giving tips on local walks along with restaraunts and cafes to visit. It's a very quiet city centre at night so the short walk back to the property was good. The Townhouse is perfect for an escape from busy life to relax and reset and a base for travelling around Perth & surrounding areas."

"The waiting & reception staff are amazing. All so friendly and very helpful. We had our small cavalier King Charles spaniel with us. She was made to feel very welcome. We were there for a family party celebrating my little sister’s life and again the staff were there but not there! The portion sizes were good. The Key Lime pie though had split I’m told. But everything else was good! The staff were exceptional. Some guests complained about the lack of top shelf whiskey for the end of the evening. This was not the main bar. There were two things we were not overly happy about… the juice at breakfast! Oh my goodness.,! Not sure what one of them was on two mornings. The orange juice tasted like squash. What a waste of money. So many full glasses getting taken away! The management would do well to listen to the restaurant staff who, I’m told, tell them repeatedly that they get complaints regularly about it. House keeping…. Did not make the bed… just pulled the covers up. Did not replace some towels. No extra toilet roll. Bin not emptied. Did not replace the used sachets of hot chocolate and left only 2 sachets of milk. We took a jug of milk through from the kitchen. They took away the water glasses! I feel the accommodation could do with a face lift. Pillows ok, duvets to be replaced. Bathroom needs an upgrade! No anti slip mat for shower over the bath. We put in a hand towel. I feel a grab rail at shower area would be a help. "

"We had a four night stay in this very comfortable hotel. Our room was well appointed and afforded an excellent night’s sleep. The breakfasts were first class with a good choice available. The bar provided welcome refreshments. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The hotelier was most helpful in providing local information and restaurants which were 10 -15 minutes walk away."
