"3rd stay in 9 months. Stayed 5 nights & got a room right near the lifts. After 4 nights left card on table to have clean sheets, didn’t happen. Missed room cleaning on 1 of the days. Didn’t get ordered orange juice at breakfast 1st morning. It was so disappointing after 1st two stays. Certainly not ..."

"I had my room at the 15th floor and was a panoramic view of elizabeth quay and perth cbd. I really enjoyed 18 Knots at the 18th floor with the amazing view. Breakfast was just average."
