Where to begin! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the hotel owners at the door! They were welcoming and helped us with our bags to our rooms. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The common area and the patio were my husbands and I, favorite places in the hotel! The wonderful Lida and her aunt Vilma own this lodging. They are both very sweet and contributed to the good vibe of the place. Lida speaks perfect English and can help you arrange a medicine ceremony with a local contact of hers if you wish. Clean room, great location 5 mins walk to main square, staff is friendly. We stay there for one night and go to Machu Picchu town the next day, and come back to stay for another 3 nights. They allow us to put our luggage for the day we didn’t stay. The wall is thin we can hear the room besides us showering and using hair dryer.

It was excellent. We got a very comfortable apartment with a kitchenette, chimney, food, hot water showers, cable tv, strong wifi, and plenty of beds to accommodate the entire family.

Very nice clean room with large bathroom. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The highly-rated restaurant was closed for renovation the night we were there but was open the next morning for coffee. This place could not be more perfect for visiting Machu Picchu; it is literally located on the train platform that takes you to Aguas Calientes where you switch to the bus to MP.

My husband and I went to Peru for our honeymoon and booked this hotel for our 5 days in Cusco. It was spotlessly clean, quite beautiful, and very close to everything we wanted to do and see in Cusco. The staff spoke English and Spanish and were incredibly sweet and accommodating. My stay at the Wari Hotel was one of the most pleasant and comfortable during my return visit to Lima, Peru. The staff were all extremely professional and this being my fourth visit to the Wari Hotel in the past 15 years made for a consistently welcomed experience.

We had a great experience at Kenti’s. The staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. And I can tell you on good authority since this was my 5th time in Ollantaytambo, EXCELLENT hot water/shower situation. Very nice garden to chill in as well.

Cusco likes visitors and this hotel mirrors the same disposition. The staff is available and helpful. The beds might be somewhat soft, some water might trickle out of the shower, but at this price range, given the overall service provided, it shouldn't bother you. Across the street is a little theatre with live music and a Peruvian folk dance performance. Don't miss it if you visit Cusco. Starts at 7 PM. Loved the stayin, Jose Antonio made me feel at home and made sure I was confortavel at every circunstances, wold highly reccomend, Like that you get the key and go in/out any time. This place is for travellers that dont like to feel surrounded by seeling staff. they give you all information you need and a link(whatsapp) if you need to ask anything, so you are free to go and come any time with feeling you are at home.

I had a wonderful stay at the Picaflor Tambo. The hotel is beautiful -- with a relaxed, peaceful ambiance -- and the owner and her son could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The rooms were fresh and clean, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The owners are also happy to advise on how to make the most of your time in Ollataytambo. The location couldn't be better, directly across from the entrance to the granary ruins hike. If I return, I will definitely stay here again!...

I enjoyed conversations with fellow residents and the owners, who were all very friendly and helpful. The room was quite lovely!
