"We had a great stay at Bear Pass. The size of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. There was plenty of sleeping options, with 3 bedrooms and a fully furnished basement with 2 twin beds and a sitting area with a couch, and a bathroom. The property is large and would be very nice to enjoy in the warmer months. The house is located near several mountains that made for great skiing. We went to Bromley and it was about a 20-25 min drive....

"I was "sold" & excited when I saw the pictures online bc the barn looked really neat. Although the barn was a neat concept, the pictures ARE NOT accurate, it is not as updated as pictured & it was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I now understand the non-refundable policy bc what you see online is definitely NOT what you walked into when you opened the door & they don't want to have to give people their back. Although we had fun, the accommodations were VERY misleading & disappointing. "

"Just like everyone else has said... it was super clean and had every item you might need during your stay. We were there in the Summer, which is off season for the area. For us, this was great because things weren't crowded but there were still plenty of options for restaurants, cafes, etc. There are walking trails directly connected to the development. We didn't use the community indoor pool but it looked great. "

"Our family had such a great time. We absolutely loved the space. So much bigger than what we expected. Our kids loved the bunkbed room. Plenty of room for our friends. Love the hot tub on the back deck. The kids really enjoyed the pool at the amenity center. Todd was extremely responsive and we really had a great trip. Look forward to coming back next season."
