"We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. "The place had roaches everywhere, clear bed bugs, spiders like the place had not been lived in in years Hands down one of the worst places. Walked inside, walked right back out to get another room."

"BarDew Valley Inn and its owner, Perry, were amazing!! The suite decor was fun (ours was a French Chateau), and the common areas beautiful and comfortable. Perry offers a movie room with a huge selection of DVDs, as well as satellite TV in both the common area and each suite. And his breakfast each morning was delicious! We would definitely stay again (and maybe try a different suite!) when we are in that area again."

"The place was listed to be the best in the area, which was a complete lie. It was dirty rundown things were broken, torn, moldy, not cleaned wallpaper peeling rusted. It was downright disgusting terrible circumstances no housekeeping staff on the weekend no maintenance staff on the weekend. one elevator to use and the one elevator that was available smelled like urine it listed as pool and hot tub. There was no water in the hot tub and the pool looked like you could catch something by touching...
