"Enjoy all is possible for you in this life yes yes yes"

"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

"I wonder if every hotel in Machu Picchu town is this way: old facilities, shabby rooms, bad hygiene (especially sheets and towels) and overly stingy with expensive prices. Even water, toothbrushes and toothpaste cost extra and each person can only get one big towel which is extremely ridiculous. The noise insulation is poor and some staff are unfriendly. I expected a fairly big hotel but got a small, unprofessional one. I was really disappointed. A couple of staff were welcoming and helpful —...

"Mosquitoes and the manager says tgey wont bite you no hot water for large period of time"

"Beautiful garden. Nice staff."

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Property was clean, very welcoming. The front desk lady was very professional and share information like restaurants near by and things we could do around there also great customer service with breakfast information and time."

"Excellent Service Wonderful Staff Very helpfu!"

"Staff members were really helpful"

"The hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel but it was a 1 at best. Visible mold in the bathroom sink and tub. Shower door does not close tight so lots of water leaked out. There were loose floorboards with nails popping up, creating an unsafe environment. The window latch was broken which prevented us from opening the window. Toilet paper holder was broken. The size of the safe was far too small to be useful for anything larger than your passport and your wallet. When we arrived to check in at 4 pm,...

"Everything Ok."

"It was a good stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to needs. Will recommend it, and the place is also quite close to meeting points for early morning tours. Very convenient location. Nice breakfast too, clean room, and the big Mercado is just 1-2 min walk!"
