"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"Excellent location within 100 metres of the beach with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely garden setting where we enjoyed daily breakfast. Our only criticism is the lack if a dishwasher ( and no plug for the sink) and no wineglasses, but overall a great place to enjoy a beach stay ."

Looks like loving hands restored this property. Views are beautiful. Beds and furniture very comfortable. The host had the house stocked with groceries and goodies. "Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub"

"The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean and the kitchen is perfectly functional with everything, really everything! The outdoor areas are well-kept and the swimming pool is very pleasant. The house offers complete privacy but everything can be found within a 10-15 minute drive: shops, bars,...

"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."
