"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "The hotel is part of the dive lodge, nice rooms well suited for two people. Good AC and hot water as well. If you are into scuba diving this is for you. 20 steps to the dive shop and you safely secured gear and the shop has direct water access for either shore dives or to the dive boat. Dive guides were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant served really nice food at a good price. You can’t take a car all the way to the dive lodge so get a tuk tuk in or get dropped off at the big corner and walk the last 100m"

"Everything was good the room was nice and clean the staff was great and helpful. Great location only issue I had is my GPS took me the wrong place Palmera Palma is the bungalow location make sure to search for Palmera Palma"
