Cleanliness is what stood out for me about this place. The staff does a great job keeping it clean. The only downside is hearing the locals by your window (I was on the main floor) which can interrupt your sleep.

We had an enjoyable stay at D'Gecko Hotel. The location was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Regarding the slippers to be used in the room - we thought this was a good idea to avoid common areas getting sandy/dirty - however we just wish they'd provided larger sizes of slippers!

Place was great! A touch of Santorini with beautiful ambience. Safe and secure, and the staff were awesome! I even left my deposit but they found a way to reach me and give me back my money, so kind of them. I definitely recommend this place.
