Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again.

Everything was very good. The host goes to great length to help and please. Generous selection of snacks. Make sure you arrange your arrival in advance. If you need perfect silence to sleep, bear in mind cars pass fast in the street

The place was great! Big bathrooom, clean room, huge terrace, easy to get food delivered, owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you can hear everything through the walls - talking, snoring, etc and there were dogs next door that barked quite early in the morning incessantly. If I didn’t have to listen to snoring all night it would be 5 stars!

The owners were very responsive to questions and as helpful as can be. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Conveniently located but a bit further out of the center than expected. Really need a car from this location as public transit is not frequent. Limited self serve breakfast.

The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days.

Let me start with entering the building itself. When you arrive, no one is there, and you’ll be greeted by a gate that won’t open until you enter a passcode. You need to use your cell phone to open it. If you have no service, it won’t work. There are only three parking spots, and the place is tiny, so if you have a bigger car, good luck. We had a Jeep, and it was very difficult to park every night. It was hard to get in and out quickly, so you have to stand there to keep the gate open. We had to ask the neighbor for help, and she was very annoyed. We're not the only ones who couldn’t get inside. I was supposed to receive a notification through Expedia on how to get in, but I never got any emails. We waited for an hour before anyone could help us, which was very disappointing. The bathroom had a strange smell like sewage. The room was okay, but there was no storage—just an old cabinet with four hangers. The whole place and inside smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall, the stay was good, thanks to the balcony and the great view.

Basic room in the outskirts of Pescara

Friendly and accommodating host. But very basic facilities and uninteresting help-yourself-breakfast. Maybe some rooms have a view, we did not. The place is far away from everything - 20 minutes walk to the beach and 1 hour to the city center / harbour area.

Porten havde svært at at køre, da vi skulle ud tog det 10 min før porten ville åbne, det duer ikke. I kalder det Bed and Breakfast, men det passede ikke, I skulle kalde det mulighed for at lave morgenmad.

Erittäin huono kokemus. Kuvaus ei vastaa lainkaan tätä B&B. Aamiainen on saatavana kilometrien päässä majapaikasta. Mitään henkilökuntaa ei ole kirjautuessa tai poistuessa lähimaillakaan. Sänky vanha ja jousitus vinkui. Wc ja suihku käytävän toisella puolella. Varauksen jälkeen ei tullut mitään sisäänpääsyyn liittyviä ohjeita. Erikseen piti soittaa ja pyytää koodeta porttiin ja ulko-oveen. Nekin tulivat whattsupilla todella hitaasti. Kadulla portin ulkopuolella oli n. 20cm tila odottaa portin aukausemista. Autoja vilisti ohi kovaa vauhtia. Ei sovi moottoripyörällä liikkuville portin takia. Kaatumisvaara ilmeinen.

La struttura, per quanto datata, è tenuta in maniera pulita ed ordinata. Posto auto interno, camera munita di frigo (vuoto, ma magari basta chiedere l'addobbo), aria condizionata, TV a parete e bollitore per tisane. Personale mai visto, check in a distanza, apertura cancello tramite codice, tutto il resto telefonicamente o via WhatsApp. Comunque ben adeguato a chi come noi, aveva la necessità di fermarsi una notte durante il lungo viaggio dal Piemonte al Salento. Poi, come ogni cosa, dipende dalle esigenze. Per noi assolutamente ok. Il cancello affaccia su una salita ed è un po' stretto, il che rende un attimo difficoltose le manovre, ma in una volta, ci si prende la mano. Infatti non ho lasciato pezzi di auto in giro. La colazione credo vada concordata. Noi alla fine ci siamo rivolti alla pasticceria convenzionata, in quanto abbiamo trovato la cucina, contenente, la cucina. Punto.

Bra B & B rent och fräscht.

Mycket bra B & B ! Stor härlig balkong. Gratis frukost med self service. Kök man kan utnyttja dygnet runt. Städning väldigt bra! Hundvänligt :) lite backigt att ta sig ner till stad och strand, det var den enda nackdelen.
