The Iris Apartment is a welcoming solution located within a small residence consisting of only three units, in a strategic position just a few minutes from Peschiera del Garda. From here you can easily reach the beaches and the picturesque lakeside promenade.



Located on the first floor, the apartment offers bright and well-organised spaces. The living area is arranged with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, and integrates harmoniously with the kitchen area, complete with an induction hob, Nespresso machine and dining table for four people.



The living room opens onto a balcony furnished with an outdoor table, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or aperitifs.



The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a second room with two bunk beds, ideal for families or small groups. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated, guaranteeing comfort in every season.

Peschiera del Garda is one of the most charming locations on Lake Garda, famous for its fortified historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here you can stroll through canals, Venetian walls and picturesque little squares, enjoy the lakeside promenade or relax on equipped beaches.
