Villa SoricoLuce is a unique property nestled in the Tuscan hills, made up of three independent houses: the Church, the Main House, and the Barn. Each house has its own entrance, kitchen, and private spaces, while the large panoramic garden and the swimming pool are shared by all guests.

La Chiesa is the most fascinating building, originally from the 19th century. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and the former church nave, now transformed into a charming communal space – perfect for spending time together, especially on cooler days. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both with private en suite bathrooms.

La Casa, right next to the Church, is spacious and bright. You enter directly into the kitchen, which leads to the living area and two of the three bedrooms, including a triple room with an en suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a third double bedroom, also with its own en suite bathroom. The house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people.

Il Fienile is located slightly above the pool. It’s a small, stylish and welcoming house, with a kitchen, a bright dining area and two foldaway beds on the ground floor – ideal for families with small children. Upstairs, you’ll find the double bedroom and the bathroom. In front of the entrance, a private terrace offers a peaceful corner with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and the pool.

The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights of the villa: a large panoramic terrace with a dining table and barbecue overlooks Pescia and the rolling Tuscan hills. A bit further down is a pizza oven area with its own terrace, perfect for convivial evenings. The large panoramic pool (12x6 m) is located on the lower level, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, and a small pool bar. All around, the fenced garden is dotted with olive and fruit trees.
