"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. "We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SCAMMED US. We texted the owner in advance and no one got back to us. We then called the number given and someone answered. They sold the apartment 6 years ago and the apartment is not theirs anymore so they are not sure why their number is still there. "The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it's within a short walk to the historical center. Parking was very easy in the designated spots right in front of the house. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again."

"High quality hotel in Brasov. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old city, with access to many bars and restaurants. The rooms are small-ish but very well kept. We were impressed with Petru who was doing housekeeping duties on our floor and maintained a high level of professionalism and cleanliness during our stay. "

"Centrally located right off the main square so we could see the market and beautiful view of the mountain. The room was very spacious with a large bed. We loved the historical feel of the place but had all modern amenities. There were a couple steep flights of steps which didn’t bother us but if you have knee problems/heavy suitcase be mindful of. I wouldn’t say that’s a deal breaker as it was easy for me but flagging for others who may. Definitely would go back due to the beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location."
