"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"

"We had an exceptional stay and honestly, my only regret is that it was just one night.. I would have loved to stay much longer. The suite was impeccably clean and extremely well-appointed. Everything we could possibly need was there, and then some. The amenities were truly above and beyond… I wish I’d taken photos to do them justice. A barbecue area, bowling alley, two hot tub pools, a gym, and free parking… it felt like a mini resort. Faran was a wonderful host and clearly takes great pride...

"The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed.
