Beautiful hotel that has clearly been renovated. Very lovely staff and rooms are very clean. Our room was beside a service elevator and it was extremely noisy until 11pm and started again around 5 am. Otherwise great.

My first impression was how up to date the hotel was, it was clean and bright. Having the TWH Social right down stairs was so convenient for breakfast. As well as a late night drink. The bathroom was roomy for both of us. I really appreciated the women at the front desk getting us a Taxi. Great experience

Stayed for one night. Front desk staff were really friendly, helpful, and great with our toddler. Our room was very clean, well-cooled with AC and had enough space for a foldout crib. The Walper is a gem in downtown Kitchener! From the staff to the rooms to the awesome good, our weekend hosting a bridal shower at the Walper was nothing less than outstanding!
