  • Son Maimo is an authentic Mallorcan estate set in the heart of nature, just 4 km from the picturesque village of Petra. Covering 47,000 m², the property is surrounded by almond trees, a private 4,000 m² forest, and a small orchard, creating an exceptionally peaceful setting.



    The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, along with a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional bedroom, a second bathroom, and a ping pong table. All bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned.



    Outdoors, you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun: the pool and barbecue are perfect for family meals, while the elevated position of the estate offers panoramic, unobstructed views of Petra and the Bonany Sanctuary mountain. The setting is completely quiet—no traffic noise.

Awesome Place

Pros: My family was very happy with our choice to stay here. The house while not near anywhere was centrally located so everywhere we went was within a 30 to 60 minute drive. Having a pool was such a great choice. The beaches quite often had rough seas and were very crowded. We stayed by pool later in the trip as opposed to going to the beach. A top tip: the router as the owner positioned it did not have WiFi in the pool area but there is enough cord to put the router in the window and then there is WiFi throughout the property. The road coming to the property is quite narrow one lane road and overgrown so any car bigger than a VW Golf may be on the big side. Cons: Only 1 beach umbrella. Sehr tolle ruhige Lage

Pros: Sehr ruhig Lage, außerhalb von den touristischen Gebiete. Haus befindet sich auf einen Plateau mit wunderschöner Aussicht. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Haus war sehr sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Cons: Keine Schattenplätze direkt am Pool.

Sehr schönes, einfaches Landhaus mit allem was man braucht.

Pros: Die Lage auf einer Anhöhe mit einer super Aussicht, schöner großer Pool. Alleinlage ohne weitere Häuser drum herum. Zentral auf der Insel gelegen.
