Finca with private pool situated on a hill with views to the village of Petra and the countryside in a quiet area.



The living room with fireplace is decorated in a rustic style with a modern twist. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc.



It has three bedrooms, two downstairs, one with double bed with TV, one split of air conditioned, and direct access to the Terrace-Porche and the other bedroom with two single beds, both bedrooms share a complete bathroom.



At the attic there is a bedroom with double bed equipped with air conditioned, bathroom with shower and a terrace with spectacular views.



Terraces and porch with garden furniture, barbecue, parking and the pool has a fence so, it is highly recommended for families with small children and a chill out area invites you to relax.



The nearest beaches are the beach of Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, or the beaches of playa de Muro at about 15-20 minute drive. The village of Petra is only a couple of minutes away , there you can find restaurants, shops, banks, etc.



In the vicinity are many ways to go hiking, biking, or horseback riding. So it is ideal for walkers, cyclists, etc.Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.
