Granda Hotel

"Generally there was no amenities beside a car park, Breakfast was the same thing over and over, at a point it feels like a medication. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nothing Extra ordinary besides a room to lay your head. Room size was excellent. Location is great if you want to use the public transport in and out of the city centre. A ride on the bus to city centre is 40 leke whilst same journey by taxi is from 670 leke. There are many shops and eateries around the hotel. Overall its good bargain."

"The hotel was a lovely and clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is on a busy street so if you have a car it was difficult to park and check in. But the breakfast was wonderful, lots f selection. A very nice hotel and met our needs for 1 night in Durres."

"The room was pleasant and clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. I received an email ahead of time encouraging me to check in via WhatsApp. I was dismayed to discover that it used an AI bot to do this. The virtual check-in didn’t work and I was much happier to check in at the front desk with a real person instead, who was very courteous and helped us arrange our airport shuttle. Very off-putting and disappointing that the hotel would outsource front-of-house services to AI when their human staff are so friendly and helpful."

"I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a great view of the city with a huge private terrace. The buffet style breakfast was wonderful with many breakfast options. The room was clean with lots of storage space for my clothing and suitcases. I had to leave early for a flight to return home and they even packed a meal to go box for us! The staff went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay again on my next trip to Tirana."

"Great stay here. Room was clean. Excellent service. Upgraded us to a suite with a sea view because air conditioner in our original room was not ideal. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Few streets over from beach. Safe easy walk. Thank you Esmarelda…😊"

"Very clean modern hotel. Even though the airport is a short walk the free shuttle is handy for early morning flights and very quick."
