A tastefully furnished apartment consisting of an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, private covered parking, and complimentary Italian-style breakfast. The house is surrounded by a large 2-hectare park filled with plants, where you can take walks or relax on one of the lounge chairs located beneath the park’s many beautiful trees. A gym and barbecue are available for guests. The city of Cuneo is 10 minutes away, Mondovì is 25 minutes away, and the ski resorts of Prato Nevoso, Artesina, Limone Piemonte, and numerous other smaller but equally interesting resorts are a half-hour drive away. Just 15 minutes away is the Certosa di Pesio with the Marguareis Nature Park, and 30 minutes away is the Maritime Alps Nature Park in the Gesso Valley, connected to the French Marcantour National Park. The province of Cuneo is rich in history, castles, art, culture, small Alpine villages, lakes, and natural beauty. And of course, we can’t forget to mention Cuneo’s cuisine and its delicious flavors.
