"Lovely hotel and even lovelier staff. I felt well looked after and the rooms are cosy. Delicious and filling breakfast with good variety. My only criticism was there were several cobwebs on the ceiling and corners in my room. Great place to stay if you have an event at The Post Barn."

"Overall the stay was good. The parking not so much. There is a tiny carpark at the back with I think 8 spaces 4 of which are electric charging points. On arrival we managed to park in an electric space. On checking in we’re told if not charging we will be seen on cctv and fined. So we moved to public carpark paying £11.50 to take us to 4.30pm the next day. Maximum we could do. Very inconvenient luckily after a race for a space in the morning we were able to park in carpark. Now breakfast a bit chaotic with egg orders being taken then a wait for other hot food bacon arrived as we were finishing. Coffee is not good so opp for a pot of tea. The actual staff were very helpful and friendly. And the room was clean although the room was not cleaned and topped up with teas etc during stay. Had to go and ask for toilet roll."

"Lovely place to stay. Looks grand and the accommodation was great. Very comfortable bed, new bathroom, plenty of space and warm. The food was great and highly recommend the breakfast. Definitely would stay again"

"A little late writing this review but I stayed at the Lucknam with my wife for our Babymoon in May this year and it was wonderful. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived. They were considerate with the room choice, made sure to provide everything we asked for and more and were generally the nicest team of staff we have met. The hotel was beautiful, Restaurants were excellent and so was the Spa. Life has been a blur since the baby so apologies for not remembering any names at 1am but thank you Lucknam team. We shall be back❤️"
