I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.

Nel complesso la struttura è pulita, comoda e situata in una posizione molto buona, vicina al centro. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole e, considerando il prezzo, la colazione a pagamento è onesta per quello che offre. Purtroppo, però, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi nella gestione dei servizi che ci hanno creato non pochi disagi. Il principale riguarda il parcheggio: è condiviso con il McDonald’s presente nella stessa area e i posti riservati agli ospiti dell’hotel sono davvero pochissimi. Al nostro arrivo erano occupati, anche da clienti del McDonald’s, e non sembrava esserci alcun controllo. Abbiamo impiegato almeno mezz’ora per riuscire a trovare un posto. Anche il check-in automatico ci ha creato problemi: il sistema non riusciva a riconoscere correttamente il codice della prenotazione e abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa altri dieci minuti prima che arrivasse qualcuno al desk per aiutarci. Infine, in camera era presente un solo set di asciugamani. Abbiamo chiesto al personale di portarci un asciugamano aggiuntivo, ma nonostante la richiesta non ci è mai stato consegnato. In sintesi, la struttura in sé è buona per pulizia, posizione e comodità, ma alcuni aspetti organizzativi e di gestione dei servizi sono decisamente migliorabili e hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole di quanto avrebbe potuto essere.

Ved indtjekning havde de svært ved at finde vores bestilling. På vores værelse lå der gamle chips på gulvet. Hver morgen manglede der varer så personalet ikke kunne lave hele morgenbuffeten. Især den varme del manglede. Alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse, selv prisen taget i betragtning.

En France, pour le même prix et la même quantité d'étoiles, nous sommes tombés sur une chambre pas faite, une douche sans intimité avec des fuites, et des lits sans draps. En arrivant à Salisbury, le personnel était très agréable, la chambre magnifique et très confortable, une salle de bain propre et possédant une porte (c'est peu de chose, mais ça a son importance). Les repas possédaient tous des options vegan, et ça c'est absolument parfait, surtout pour un Breakfast comme il se doit
