"A complete change from our normal rented, rustic property, with garage in the countryside, the apartment is in the St.Jean Quarter of Perpignan, nestling in the maze of ancient streets. Quiet and very secure, we were completely at home, with the option of cooking and eating "in", or indulging in dining out - the french option of "midday formules" proved very attractive. With a pavement restaurant outside the front door, it was susprising to find so many alternatives within a few 100 yards....

"Great geographic situation, but furniture from last century, bed in dangerous condition, no fixing point for teh shower, no elevator in the third floor and very hot under the roof without any air conditionning."

"The apartment was in a good position for the beach just a short walk away - plenty of cafes restaurants nearby and a short walk into main part. Boulangerie nearby was very good - bread made on premises was lovely so were the cakes. The apartment's balcony has a view of the mountains and sunny from lunchtime through to late evening. We had a lovely stay."

"The Appartment was nice and cosy, and was newly renovated. Top floor, lagre terrace facing west, with some seaview. Separate baht and toilet was a plus. The Appartment had well funtioning aircondition, and was well equipped. The bathroom/toilet smelles «damp». The building itself was a bit run down. There was an elevator, but you need to use the stairs (10 steps) to reach the elevator, and also the steps to go from 5th to 6th floor. The location was excellent, very central. Informasjon parking...
