House and gite with heated private pool
- Character stone property comprising of a 3 bedroom house and 1 bedroom gite situated in a secluded rural hamlet in Pezuls, Black Perigord with a private heated pool , large south facing terrace, extensive grounds and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms.
The gite is for exclusive use of the main house, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bathroom (with shower and bath) and covered terrace offers ideal private accommodation for extended family/friends - if use of the gite is not required a 250 euro reduction (per week) is applied.
Pezuls is approx 35 mins from Bergerac airport and located a similar distance from Sarlat and Perigueux, with easy access to the main attractions of the Dordogne. Nearby Tremolat and St Alvere ( both 5 mins drive) have all the amenities you need with the bustling market towns of Lalinde and Le Bugue just over 10mins away. Tremolat has a Michelin star restaurant and there are number of other dining options.
