"Una masseria nuovissima!!! Bellissimo il contesto, come tutto il Salento, le camere molto belle, semplici ed eleganti. Il bagno perfetto con un'ampia doccia.
Sono stata prima della stagione estiva e faceva un po' freddino per fare la colazione nel patio: d'estate sarà bellissimo."

"It is a nice hotel in a green area, close to many towns you want to visit in area. The owner Antonio and other staff are very attentive. Breakfast is very good."

"If only all places were like this. The couple that run this place go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Set in the old town, the room is as authentic as it gets yet still very comfortable. Th location is impossible to beat, every thing is within a short walk.
The breakfast was simply amazing. Fresh local produced delivered at a time to suit. The variety and portions were incredible - no need for lunch!
Parking is a 10 min walk away and no worries about finding the place as they met us...

"A wonderful place that we had as our home base for 4 nights. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the property lovely, and relaxing by the pool was a welcome routine after a day of exploring. Angelo’s breakfasts were incredible and his hospitality the best we have ever encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful spot."

"Our stay at villa sardella was an absolute delight! Such a nice place with a great room, breakfast with local specialities and a stunning pool area placed between olive trees and a nice view to the hills of Puglia. The owner, Marilia, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the service was excellent at all times. Will highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to slow down after travelling around in Puglia. "

"We really enjoyed our experience here in the "Hobbit House" While small it was generally well appointed, except for the self-catering being restrictive. The service was super friendly, the breakfast was good the hosts generous with their offerings and range of food. Good access to Alberobello and Matera for day visits."

"I loved this space! Everything from check in to bedding, breakfast and location. I stayed 5 nights and it was lovely. The staff is so kind. I had the room 2 with balcony on 2nd floor… the steps up to the rooms and rooftop are no joke, so be prepared! "

"Poor breakfast. SCrumble eggs looked terrible. No plants outside.
The paths were covered with gravel and there was no vegetation along them. The paths were not well maintained or clean. The bathroom amenities were very limited: there was no body lotion, no tissues, and the toilet paper was of poor quality"
"This is a beautiful old villa set in acres of olive trees. One couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting. The hotel is brand new and is showing signs of some work to be done. The roads are pretty rough and could use some better maintenance. This is important expecially at night when driving in and out can be a bit sketchy. We stayed in the Trulla house which is a charming traditional house away a bit from the main property. Watch your head on the low stone doorways! Overall, in a year or so, once they work out the kinks this will be a wonderful property. The surrounding area is lovely as well and there are two one-star Michelin restaurants a few kilometers in either direction."
"Not a 4-star hotel, more like an apartment amongst other residential flats.
Old, mouldy and terrible venue.
Difficult to get to when you park the car and no one to help with bags, so you have to be prepared to climb stairs.
Noisy neighbourhood, boiler makes clicking sounds and the aircon goes off and on the whole time. Forget about getting any rest here."
"This property is beautiful. The staff are outstanding. Dominico and Luna were wonderful at the front desk. They helped with restaurant reservations and suggestions for day trips."
