What truly stood out was the amazing service — the staff went above and beyond. I accidentally left something behind, and they were kind enough to arrange to send it to my next hotel in another city. "We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, super clean, and had a beautiful view. The location couldn’t have been better—right near tons of great restaurants and shops. One small thing to note: the toilet door is glass, which might not be for everyone. The staff really made our experience special. Emio was so kind and always eager to help, from making reservations to making sure we were comfortable. Giuseppe gave us amazing restaurant recommendations that we absolutely loved. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"
