"This hotel is typical Holiday Inn Express. Updated, very modern. Usual breakfast. But, some issues. Basically no housekeeping. You carry your trash down and give it to staff. Go to desk for toilet paper. Good for quick overnight or temporary duty. Not a vacation spot. Some of the staff are amazing, couple crabby. My biggest problem here was smoking. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady.
