"We arrived on Wednesday 6th of September. We collected the rental car and headed towards our destination. We had already been advised by the owner that we would be met at the start of the village by her representative Michalis. The owner had already given coordinates and Michalis contact number. When we arrived at the village we rang him and he duly met us. Michalis guided us up to the property and shown us around. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. "Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Dorfrand von Kontomari, inmitten von Olivenhainen. Es liegt etwas am Hang, so dass man, wenn es mal windet immer einen geschützten Platz findet. Auf der Terasse, von der man auch das Meer sieht, kann man prima ausspannen, grillen etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr um das Haus und seine Gäste. "Lovely remote and quiet location. Beach is a few minute drive and the waters are the clearest I’ve ever seen. The room was recently renovated, had everything we needed from a studio to make basic meals and drinks, and was extremely clean. The host was lovely and more than happy to let us check in early as there was availability. We hold highly recommend for a wholesome quiet family holiday or for couples to unwind. "

"We were disappointed in the beach and surrounding facilities. It is an extremely large area so other parts of the beach may be different. There was only one beach bar at night that only served frozen pizza, so unless you did a big drive it was very limited. We didn’t want to drive up the steep roads again. The hotel is very clean but basic. It’s lovely to hear the sea at night with the doors open! "
