Nice beach

It was good, Hotel location is convenient, service are good, unfortunately the TV was not working since day one to day 4.the fixture are quite old. And the is construction beside the hotel.

Доброго времени суток. Отдыхали вдвоем , двенадцать дней в марте месяце. За это время поменяли ЧЕТЫРЕ номера на первом и втором этажах. Причина первая, вид на стройку вместо сада , причина вторая не функционируют запоры балкона не работает телевизор , третий номер опять телевизор , и четвертый тот же телевизор и в дополнение к нему отказ кондиционера. И только в пятом номере на третьем этаже работало всё. Уборка номеров на троечку . У отеля отсутствует территория . За забором строительство нового отеля входит в основную фазу.Из плюсов это расположение отеля и шведский стол , завтраки.

Heavenly paradise

Great to swim in the lovely ocean or walk the white sand beach or just lie around the pool , if the wind is blowing kitesurfing is great, also great is the breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and accommodating , one staff member goes over the edge to make sure your stay is incredible , her name is Lepisava”Lepa” Brcan, she treats you so well you just want to keep coming back for more , an experience not to be missed

Bra hotell med fin pool och många solstolar både vid pool och vid havet. Kitesurfingklubb på hotellet så det är mycket aktiviteter pga dem. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Trevlig personal och fin frukost.

Hotel Unique odradzam z kilku powodów: Klimatyzacja działała w dwóch trybach (pełna moc lub OFF) Wizyta serwisanta - bezskuteczna. Stara pościel (jak by skulczona) Poza tym Poszwa 2x większa od kołdry. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z kratki w toalecie. Po dostawieniu trzeciego łóżka brak miejsca na swobodną komunikację. Znajomość j. angielskiego recepcjonistek - niewystarczająca.

Excellent hotel

All the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The acess to the hotel was down a cobled pathway which may deter some clients. Don't let this put you off as it makes it very quiet. We had a room with a sea view and it appears that they are building next to the hotel. The plans are for 2 storey building so shouldn't impact on it. Breafast was excellent and quickly replenished.. As the beach area is rather windy more useable sun umbrellas around tge pool would be advantageous.

I would stay here again.

We ended up in Mui Ne and were unfamiliar with the area. Many hotels are on the water, but not on the beach. This hotel is located on one of the best parts of the beach meaning there is a wide beach area with soft sand. They have chairs/umbrellas on the beach that also light up at night. The pool area is large and overlooks the beach. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was extensive for what we had experienced in other parts of Asia at hotels with similar prices (it was low season so we only paid $35 for a room). What we also really loved about this place is they offered us a place to keep our bags upon our arrival in Ho Chi Minh since we had a 6 hour gap between our flight and our bus arrival in the city (they have another location in the city).

Жили в 108номере Делюкс на третьем этаже.Очень интересная планировка номера, туалет с двумя умывальниками, балкон скошенной формы.В номере было комфортно,у нас номер был с двумя кроватями,спалось тоже комфортно.Из минусов -туалет без вытяжки и один стул в номере.Завтраки очень вкусные и качественные.Только фруктов было 9видов.Расположение отеля в центре тур.зоны,где масса магазинчиков, кафе,аптек,тур.фирм.Бассейн и пляж тоже порадовал.все достойно.

Petit hôtel situé directement sur la plage. Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Chaises de plages toujours disponibles. Grande chambre très propres manquant un peu d'éclairage dans la belle salle de bains à 2 éviers mais on nous a dit que ça devrait être corrigé bientôt. Nourriture moyenne. Bien situé près de la rue principale au coeur de l'action.

Nice and Comfy Hotel

The Hotel is a bit older but still very nice rooms are very big and bed is very comfy. The understandig with some of the service team was difficult coz they dont speak english but still very friendly. I reallyliked the skybar the view is just awesome beautiful sunset from up there.

Great place to get away and relax!

The resort is really comfortable, with a beautiful pool and big beach. The rooms are big and comfortable too, and the views are great. The breakfast was very good too. My only gripe was the shower heads needed cleaning, as the water flow was uneven.

酒店的整潔度及舒適度不錯 所有員有員工亦相當有禮, 唯獨是其中一位接待的女員工態度很差! 很差!! 一臉不耐煩的!!!! 入住2晚, 遇上2次短暫停電, 還有 1次被困升降機!! 求救信號好像壞了, 呼叫了 5分鐘才有人。太恐怖了!!!!!

Resort này chỉ được có view truoc biển là đẹp. Về dịch vụ thì có các em phục vụ tại quầy Bar hồ bơi là tốt. Dịch vụ tại Lễ tân hơi chậm, và tại nhà hàng thì ko tốt lắm. Ăn sáng mới 8:30 mà đã gần hết món ăn nóng & châm thức ăn lên quầy chậm chạp. Lối vào ressort nhỏ nên xe cộ hơi khó di chuyển. Vệ sinh không sạch sẽ lắm. Terrible hotel

It was a very shock experience for us when we check in to the room. The advertising on the website is fault...it said the room is 70 Sq meters...it looks like 45 Sq meters...All the pictures of the hotel and room on the website look new and beautiful...but it actually old. They need to take all the pictures down and put up the real pictures of the hotel... Do not recommend this hotel..There are many better hotels in this area with the prices they charged...Terrible.....

Terrible hotel

We booked this hotel because we saw beautiful pictures of hotel and room. We were in shocked when we checked in to our room. It was old and did not like what we saw from the website. It advertises for 70 square meters room and it looks like 40 square meters...The room is old...the swimming pool is old and the breakfast is not good at all. We got ripped off.....The pictures they took is fake...don't believe in it... Terrible experiences......
