This was such a nice hostel! The owner is super kind. He gave me a ride to the airport early the next day for a great price. The place is amazingly clean. The balcony was wonderful. The only regret I had was visiting without more friends to join me. I can imagine wonderful memories made on that balcony. Take your friends and visit this place on your way through Krabi!

Wow,, for my first time staying in a Hostel traveling solo I truly had an amazing time at this spot. I loved it there. The staff was amazing, the bedrooms were clean, and they breakfast that was actually good. Great location right near the beach and around plenty of food options that are all affordable. The culture and vibe is well worth it. I’ll be back again in April.

Felt like it was your house. Very cool place to stay if you are a solo traveler!

We stayed at the property in July 2019 for the first night of a 9 day trip to Phuket. We were expecting to move into another accommodation, but our kids liked being at Nonnee so much, we stayed almost our entire time in the area at the property. It was low season- and we had the property much to ourselves, but it was great. It's a short motorbike to Kata, Kata Noi or Karon beaches & the Kata Night Market. The staff is so helpful in making sure you get settled in, and offering suggestions on how to get around. The breakfast spread is fresh fruit and toast which is helpful as well. Location is great and walkable to many bus stops, eateries, etc. The rooms were clean and nice, and each bed had it's own storage locker, outlets, and light. Felt like I had a room to myself! My first time at a hostel and it was amazing! The beds are enclosed with plywood, so you are in your own mini cubicle and have a very private feeling! No one is staring at you when you sleep lol. They had the A/C set to 23 degrees. Each room (mine slept 6 people) also has their own private bathroom. It has a western toilet, sink, and hot water shower. The beds are hard (typical in Thailand). Quite possibly, the best hostel I’ve stayed in! The staff is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. From a pre-booking tour of the property to identifying the locations of various Sino-Portuguese buildings in the area - the staff was ready and willing to help. I stayed in a 4 bunk, female dorm. Our room had its own private bathroom with shower in addition to use of the other bathrooms. Bathroom was spotless and came with shampoo, soap, and adjustable water temperature. This place was amazing. Definitely recommend for solo travelers. They do a lot a activities that help with meeting people. Side note I do not recommend using the travel/tour agents in the building, paid 3500 baht with "discount" ($101 usd) for a phi phi island tour that everyone else paid around 2000 bath ($58usd) and the ones who used tripvisor paid $45 usd. I respect their hustle but I'm looking out for my fellow travelers.

Great location. Close to street food market and quick Taxi ride to the pier. This place was very clean and organized. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom facilities. You have a ton of storage space for your belongings as well. The reception desk also helped me print off my ferry tickets to the islands. I’ll most likely stay here again in my return trip to Krabi in a few weeks.

Bearpacker is seriously one of the best hostel I've been to. Overall would recommend. Beds were comfy and aircon was good if you cranked it. Nice private bunks. Bathrooms were a little grimey, but manageable. Pretty big language barrier with staff, were not helpful with travel plans. They were very sweet and wanted to help but have limited English. Right night to 7-11 and a manageable walk to the beach. Pretty quiet at night too!
