"Ignore the slightly perfunctory greeting at the ao po marina office - this place is incredible. We had a 2 bed pool villa and I think it will never be beaten in terms of view and comfort. My tips: 1. take a plug adapter (no international plug in room) 2. make sure you have cash as some restaurants/bars around the resort only take cash and the atm at the local shop is frequently out of order…. 3. It is easy to take a grab to the marina but the marina restricts grab pick ups in favour of their own taxis. We still got a grab to our next destination but had to walk out of the gate of the Marina The staff were the friendliest we have ever had and knew our names and the food and drink was nice and varied. The view from breakfast is wonderful. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "

"This property is in close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants and within walking distance. This location is not a quiet place so if you’re looking for peace and quiet try further away from all the action. "

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Khao Lak centre. Very convenient for exploring outside the hotel, with town on your doorstep. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. We stayed in a sea view suite which was clean and had plenty of space. Also managed early check in which was appreciated after travelling for 24hrs. Would stay again. Family of 4, 2 adults 2 teen boys "

The breakfast food has a variety of options and it was very spacious. The pillows were fluffy and created the best sleeps. This place is truly paradise! Amazing beach too!"

"It was our first tike here in Thailand and we loved everything in the hotel. All the amenities were amazing. The food at the buffet was amazing, the staff was very friendly. There was this girl named Sam when you check into the buffet she was amazing. So Helpful and friendly. Our flight didnt leave until nightime and they have a lounge where you can relax and shower. Overall, I would stay here again. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating "

"Very nice stay in a double pool villa. Efficient Check in/ Check out ( in the room), very efficient buttler trough whatsapp , room is big , clean, nice furniture, nice private pool and jacuzzi. Nice expérience ( barbecue inside villa, floatting breakfast in the villa, private yacht booking …) . 3 caviat: property is very big, you have private bike or buggy to call, beach club need to take a shuttle every 15min with 10min ride, lake or second pool not fully cleaned. All in all an excellent stay and memory."

"Stayed here twice sandwiching a trip to Kuala Lumpur. I repeat my comments from my previous review. I cannot rate this hotel to highly. It’s a beautiful setting on the beach. I think it has four swimming pools of course regardless of the facilities, the thing that makes or breaks any establishment is it staff. The people here are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The local resort of Kamala is only five minutes walk away and is a nice quiet strip of restaurants, bars and shops . No excessive noise , go go bars or being pestered . Ideal location for a family or mature people who like a bit of peace and quiet. However, if you want things a bit busier PATONG is only 15 mins away . I have been to Thailand probably 20 times over the last 40 years and this is my favourite hotel."
