"Staff members were thoroughly helpful and friendly. Accommodated where able. There were a number of occasions that felt as if there was shortage of staff at the main restaurant but that could've been during peak breakfast hours. Our kids loved the slide and the kids area. The pool was fun, clean and friendly. Parking was limited-an overflow open space adjacent to the property sort of made up for this. Pullman is a little further away from the township and that was what drew us to it. There were ample of low-key activities around the area. It felt good to be able to contribute a little to the local economy in a small town that still showed signs of recovery from the tsunami two decades ago."

"Great location and well appointed rooms. Service is classic Thai who are exceptional helpful and engaging. Resport is not that old so still very much in good shape (eg decking round the pool, tiles loose in pool area etc) minor but will need to be addressed. As we went in the off season there was low patronage - gret for us - but main restaurant (Pakarang) closed for lunch and dinner as a result. Reduces the viable options (not including pool bar/restaurant which closes approx 6) for dinner to two restaurants - not an issue generally but needs to be clearer on their website when booking. Watersports options reduced to SUP and Kayak. Agree with the no motorized stuff - but the odd hobie cat or small sailing dinghy would be good. Overall - a fantastic place Word of warning - if you have an early departure form Phuket - the private boat to get you there with an early morning surcharge is a BIG dent on the budget "

"An Unforgettable Stay – A Living Masterpiece. Absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what feels like a living work of art. The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely worth the upgrade. Special thanks to Sarinna at check-in, who made our arrival so smooth and welcoming — her warmth set the tone for the entire stay and c,out The staff overall were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. While the food was good, especially the fresh grill menu, it could be elevated a bit more. That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property. "

"Stunning accommodation with a wonderful food options each morning breakfast was so relaxing sitting by the beach eating the great selection of foods available for the guest at this Resort. Definitely would stay here again when returning to Thailand. "
