"The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but there is no hot water on the second or third floor so taking a shower is difficult. The staff at the front desk said to run the water for 10 minutes and it might get hot. It got a little warm, but not hot enough for a shower."

"The employees were very accommodating and helpful. Poo was very clean as well as the rooms. You can tell that they have been remodeling it from bottom to top. I would recommend it for people to stay and I definitely now have a home away from home."
