We had a total of 12 ppl in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone to hangout and sleep. Each room has their own bathrooms which was nice. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, great restaurants nearby, and easy access to freeways.The area was convenient as we were able to buy last minute things nearby.
