"The location of the property was excellent. Easy to get to and easy to get to where we needed to get to. We arrived early and they want to charge us $25 to check in early, so we left and explored the City. I really don't understand that. If the room is ready and we have it reserved, why the extra charge? I could see if we wanted in at 9:00 a.m., but we were two hours early. The hotel was clean. Upon entering our room, the air was very stale. They could have at least turned on the AC. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, which I reported. The breakfast in the morning was ok. They ran out of some food and it took a little while to replace, but they did. The person working the breakfast area was very kind and friendly. The hair dryer barely reached to the mirror area. It either needs to be moved or a longer cord. I would probably stay here again."

"We chose to stay here again because of the kindness we experienced last year. During a road trip, our car broke down in Rolla and we unexpectedly ended up stranded for three days. Even though the pool was closed for repairs at the time, the motel was affordable, clean, and the staff—and honestly the entire town—made a stressful situation so much easier with their kindness. This year, we planned our route so we could stay here again. It was great to see the pool open and looking beautiful! Our room wasn’t quite as clean as we remembered from our previous stay, but it was still perfectly acceptable and much better than many budget hotels we’ve stayed in. The value for the price and the positive experience we had here are the reasons we came back, and we’d gladly stay again on future road trips."
