"When we got off the elevator and saw the trash up and down the hallway we should have turned around and left however we were desperate for sleep so we proceeded to our room. There was trash on the floor under the couch and our sheets had very clearly not been changed as there were multiple length dark colored hair and dirt. The staff was helpful and changed our rooms however it was 1:45 in the morning and very inconvenient. My father in law found a full eyelash extension in. The pull out bed as well as no bedding included so I had to go back down to the front desk at 2am to even be able to go to bed. Very disappointing, I have emailed management 3 separate times with NO response and they denied any type of refund through Expedia."
