"The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "Great stay had everything we needed . Definitely more of a crash pad than a vacation stay but the neighborhood was quiet, parking was decent, we parked on the next block most nights there were always plenty of spaces. Straight shot to city center getting around was never an issue and Dunkin’ is right across the street! Can’t wait to return to Philly what a time"

"My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. We spent most of our time exploring downtown Philly and Fishtown for restaurants and such, and it was just minutes away. "Lots of beds, perfect for larger group. Condo was clean. SO glad condo came with parking spot, very hard to find parking spots in Philly. Glad I brought my ear plugs though, some of the traffic on the street can get a bit loud. View from rooftop is amazing. Owners are very responsive, appreciate that."

And maybe some dresser or few shelfs with counter tops in bedrooms. Location of this unit is a little far from main city but definitely worth the effort.
