Weekend getaway with the kids

Perfect place to stay with the kids. Plenty of games and beds. I could walk to get coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Fun stay - as advertised

Our family of seven loved this stay. Plenty of room for all of us and the kids had a blast. Less than ten minutes to the historical areas of Philly. Strongly recommend. The neighborhood might make some who are not used to cities uncomfortable, but we had no issues.

Fun and Functional, But Could Use a Refresh

Our group stayed for two nights while attending Phillies games. The condo had a nice layout with plenty of space for everyone, and the game room was a great bonus for some evening fun. However, one of the downstairs showers didn’t have any hot water, and the place could benefit from a deep cleaning and a few updates. The beds were quite firm and not the most comfortable for sleeping. Overall, it worked for our trip, but there’s room for improvement. The vending machines in the unit were a genius idea and convenient.

Summer Break

Great fun for three generations. Our teenage grandkids learned how to play pool. They were never bored in the four days we were in the apartment. Our daughter had fond memories of her youth when shevplayed the Atari game. Clean, Quiet, and Safe place to unwind and relax.

Great for a large family stay, cool industrial vibe

The main level with kitchen and two bedrooms was just a couple small steps at door thresholds above sidewalk grade, which made it easy for the grandparents to get around. Plenty of open space to socialize and many fun activities just like the photos. We had two cars. Free street parking as available. Usually was able to park directly at the entrance, but never more than 1/2 block away. Attached photo is view of parking from kitchen window.

We completely enjoyed our stay. My husband said that the place was an oasis in the city. Our only confusion was with parking- the details said the parking was onsite, but it was actually street parking. Other than that we loved the property and had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was perfect. We only had the chance to stay for a night because of an event. But I would definitely return House was just as described, enough room for everyone, plenty of space and things to do. Owner responded immediately and answered all questions. My daughter graduated from Villanova Law School, not that far away I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for opening your house to my family we will return. 10 stars if that is allowed

Great place to stay for an event at the Link. We were there for the NCAA lax finals weekend. Host was great with some small issues we had. Easy to get to, parking right in front. would recommend to any larger group looking to have a great stay

Philadelphia Marathon

We came to Philadelphia to run the Marathon and we’re looking for a place that would allow us to prepare for and relax after the run. Mr Whips absolutely fit the bill for what we needed. Completely enjoyed our stay and do it again
