"The apartment sits in the middle of a vibrant Philly neighborhood, a short walk to the shops and restaurants on South Street and a 10 minute easy walk to Rittenhouse Square or to City Hall."

"The bed and sofa wasn't comfortable and needs to be updated. Everything else was clean and okay. "

"The pass codes we were given for the front door and then the apartment were not accurate. Fortunately the property manager responded quickly to a second call and we got the updated information. It caused some concern but was resolved. Location was great. "

"Cozy, well-appointed, and charming home away from home. Having the host on site is a plus for communication purposes and resolutions if necessary. Very clean and lovely private backyard. "

"Beautiful and quiet place to stay while visiting Penn. The unit is attached to the main dwelling with private entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal. The bedroom is clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but with a washer and dryer and warm shower. The backyard is charming and relaxing to have a morning coffee while listening to birds. David has been very friendly and easily accessible when we need help. Thanks again for sharing the place with us ! "

"Clean and simple place. Could have better couches but for a simple place to get around it’s great. Recommend and walkable location to everything downtown. "

"The apartment was exactly as in the descriptions and photos. The location is excellent and allows you to easily visit the city center. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary except maybe a hairdryer. The communication with the managers was perfect and the instructions were clear. I faced difficulty in transporting the luggage to the 4th floor due to the lack of an elevator. One point that needs attention is the cleanliness of the entrance to the building and the stairwell. Thanks...

"Great space and had everything we needed in a great location"

"The key was missing from the lockbox when I arrived. I ended up sitting outside the building in my car for over three hours talking to the property manager and VRBO. VRBO ended up putting me up in a hotel for two nights. The unit had the water turned on the final day I should have been staying there. I would avoid this property."
