"It was a busy hotel, but my room was very clean and that staff were very attentive and friendly. The easy access to filtered water and coffee is a very nice amenity. Nespresso coffee in my room was very nice!"

"My room was OK, but the whole room was very dusty. The robes were old. There was no hand soap. Paying 1300 for 4 days, this was unacceptable. Not going to mention valet was on his phone while driving my car to the garage and not wearing a seatbelt. My dashcam got it all recorded."

"The staff at check in were a little rude. I stood there for awhile because the man was chatting with a team mate. We witnessed another customer that was ignored. The hotel was very noisey. I would have expected better for the high price i paid."
