Staff were lovely and offered a bandaid to cover the glass. Staff overall were super customer service oriented and just extremely gracious! "

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "
