Unique, tons of character, clean and the best location! Our room had a beautiful balcony looking into the private courtyard and the suites and hosts provided all the comforts for a beautiful stay. Would definitely book again!

The staff was so helpful and attentive. They were super friendly and informative. The property is gorgeous. Everything was just what i imagined. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the garden sooo sooo much. I could literally live there. Absolutely visiting again. 10/10

Lovely decor throughout the entire building, patio and balcony were nice additions to our room which was clean, comfortable, and private. Ken was very helpful and gave us a list of restaurants which had open reservations for the night we arrived. Location is perfect for local tourism. Would stay again!

One of the best hotels I've been to and I've been to many. Highly recommended! A boutique hotel that combines a beautiful old building with a renovated and amazing room that includes, among other things, an excellent bed and a luxuriously equipped bathroom. There is attention to every detail. Cleanliness and comfort in every corner. Very good location and there is also a bonus: wonderful attitude from the hosts Vittoria and Ken.

A last minute booking for a two night stay in Philly turned out to be a wonderful experience. Great location for walking the city. Clean with a beautiful decor . The owners/hosts provided an overview of the city and recommendations at check in which helped make the most of our short trip. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Absolutely a delight! Hotel was beyond clean, which was greatly appreciated. Victoria and Ken were so accommodating and friendly . The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bath was great with updated tile, glass shower doors and had great water pressure. The courtyard was a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

We stayed on the top level suite and it was absolutely superb! It was amazing to have a little bit more space all to ourselves so we were able to get some groceries and coffee and just hang out. Victoria‘s hospitality was above and beyond and really gave you the layout of the city right when you got there. The property was perfect for walking around and getting out and about in A surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants, restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!
