Great location! You can walk to several restaurants, stores, the historic Italian Market (don’t miss out on the amazing pastries at Isgro’s!), and the train. Very convenient for seeing a ball game as it’s a quick trip via train straight to the stadium. No traffic and no parking fee! We were very comfortable walking around at night after dinner and after the game. The house was very clean and our host left plenty of bottled water, snacks, towels, and toiletries. Fun to take in the view at night on the rooftop with the beautiful weather. There’s a garage, but it’s a little tight. We opted to park on the street, right across from the house (free). Basement- queen bed with full bathroom, some exercise equipment, too-Main level- kitchen/living room, large TV-Next level- 2 bedrooms with 3 total twin beds/full bath - massage chair (try it out! You won’t regret it!), washer/dryer-Level 4 - Queen bed, large bath-Stairs up to the roof - sitting areaWe had the pleasure of meeting the lovely, long time resident next door who gave us a quick history lesson on the area. I will caution, however, if climbing stairs is difficult for you, this may not be ideal. There’s a total of five flights from the basement bedroom all the way to the roof. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle a few weeks prior to our trip, after we booked everything. We made it work and enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided detailed instructions and information before check in.
