"Nice backyard and pool area. Pool towels were great. Open floor plan downstairs was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beds however the trundle upstairs isn’t a room with a door, but does have a screen for privacy. Easy drive to Texas A&M campus. "

"Cute home in a nice neighborhood. Loved the back yard. House was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend taking your own pillows but that’s my personal preference.There was a twin size air mattress available but it didn’t hold air very well but not a big deal. Lots of books and games for children which was really cool. Had one small problem getting into the house but we figured it out. Overall it was great!"

"Excellent house and great communication with the host. We stayed over graduation and the house size and location was perfect for family. The host kept us updated up to and through our stay. "

"The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was an easy process. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. Both restrooms were dirty. There were ants and spiders throughout the property. A foul odor from the kitchen sink spread throughout the kitchen when we would turn on the faucet. There was also open old meat left in the freezer. Hopefully this review will help future tenants have a better experience when booking this property."

"House is brand new and very clean and spacious, plenty of room for the whole family to be together for a graduation celebration. Two suggestions: some patio furniture or chairs so you can enjoy the nice patio and more towels and wash clothes."
