"The Econo Lodge in Cortez is nice. It was a clean roon with nice bedding. The mattress has a bit too hard for my liking. The breakfast was good with waffles, muffins, eggs, sausage and the usual dry items and morning beverages. Parking is limited. No longer a pool. Overall it was a nice place."

"This just matched up so perfectly with our family's trip. David's place is in a exceptional location, a bit removed from town on a quiet street, yet still close to downtown Cortez with all the stores and restaurants. Our main purpose was to visit Mesa Verde and from our perspective, the house is very close to the entrance. Everyone loved their bedrooms and enjoyed hanging around at the kitchen table every morning sipping coffee. The washer and dryer got a work out as we had been on the road for a few days. They worked wonderfully! Check in and out instructions were short and very clear, all of which was very helpful. This house was a great place to stay and would love to stay again if we are in the area!"
