Decent hotel for a good price

The hotel was pretty nice. The view from the room was great. The pool was good. The included buffet breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about.

There's near the river view and the place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 11 floor always up, there's very nice to see all the views day and night so beautiful and the compliment with fresh air, very quite place including security as well.

OK stay

Stayed 2 nights in a junior suite. Have stayed before and the decor has changed a bit, to cater to the chinese clientele I suppose. The view of the Mekong river through the floor to ceiling windows is unbeatable. The air conditioning struggled to deliver cold air, mainly because of the sun on the large windows. The shower rose needed replacing or cleaning as the water went everywhere except on you. The included breakfast is barely adequate but I think better for asian tastes. The hotel is situated far from the tourist hub, but if you don't mind a $5 tuk tuk ride into town each way it's fine. Overall our stay was ok. A 3 star experience, not good but not bad.

Nice location overlooking Mekong

Grounds and exterior needs some work. The Riverside resturant is no longer operated. Nice interior and pleasant staff. Room was nice and clean. Some maintenance needed on lights and bathroom. Great view of Mekong River. Comfortable beds. Average amenities. Nice pool area. Restaurant was nice limited menu. Breakfast buffet average. Helpful staff overall a solid 3.5 out of 5.

Well-maintained hotel, clean and spacious rooms

I was impressed by the size of the rooms almost all of which accommodate a double and a single bed. The property overall is well maintained, but breakfast is nothing to shout about. Most disappointing was the wi-fi connectivity in the rooms.

전형적인 동남아 호텔형식이다. 흔히 베트남 스타일의 호텔이며, 중국 관광객들이 많이들 찾는것 같았다. 11층에 위치한 식당의 경우 콘크리트 건물의 특성상 너무나 더워 식사가 불가능할 정도의 컨디션이다. 하지만 객실에서 바라보는 전면 창의 메콩강 뷰는 정말 환상이다. 이것 말고는 그다지 추천하고 싶지 않다.. 호텔의 접근성 역시 상당히 불편하다.

Nice view of river

Stayed 1 nite at High Sky Hotel in Phnom Phen. Hotel was formerly another name as stated on the bath supplies. Located on Opposite of the river after the bridge. Far away from town and nothing around in the surroundings areas. Beside a temple, monastery as well as old cemetery. Breakfast with buffet and nice view as it's on the 11th storey. Nice pool on second level. Bathroom need to upgrade too. Room is big with nice river view. Not on main room so have to walk about 200 meters to get the main road

Wrong side of the river!

The rooms are actually quite nice but the halls were very dim with no a/c, the pool looked dirty without any lighting so a no go for an evening swim. Breakfast was so so and when we went to eat dinner we were the only ones there, the waiter stood next to our table and watched us eat. Ackward! The big issue for us was that it was on the other side of the river where all the tourists usually stay. That said all the tuk tuk drivers tried to charge us ridiculous amount to get to the other side, but we figured out quick that you need to negotiate with them or they'll just rip you off.

Nice hotel - quite far out.

Everything with the hotel was good - no complaints there. We had a Junior Suite and it lived up to pictures exactly. Something to note: The hotel is on the other side of the river to the central city so isn't walking distance to restaurants or the attractions. Although, it is only a short $5 tuk tuk but if you're someone who likes to go out and pop back into your hotel thoughout the day then it all adds up and the location really would be something to consider when booking.

Not worth the value regardless of amount.

I rented the most expensive room category. Shower did not work. Sprayed everywhere except in tub. TV channels all snowy and only three channels available. Suite ceiling to floor windows with awesome panoramic view all severely cracked. Bed very comfortable. Amenities nothing worth mentioning. Furniture worn and torn. Asked to be moved to 802 room below mine. TV was excellent with over 35 channels. Shower worked as designed but very poor water circulation due to cheap head. furniture was used condition. Two am in morning three buses of noisy Chineses came rolling in. Room noise then escalated from quiet to disruptive. Around 2:30am bus load of Cambodian students came in...( one of my windows facing front entrance revealed the source of the noise) Within 5 minutes, all was calm except for yelling Chinese in the hallway. Just like I was back living in Beijing. Location was very cumbersome as all the yuk Turks and taxis held you to ransomed for 5$ each trip into city. Frim city to Hotel 2$ or less if in real. For better value stay anywhere else in PP.

전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 서비도 좋았고, 무엇보다 부속시설들이 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔의 위치가 시내에서 조금 외각이기는 하지만 산책삼아 걷는것도 즐거운 일이었습니다.
