Infrastructure needs improvement

Stay in this hotel for many times for business trip. Though every time I saw small issue such as mold accumulating on bath tub or sink area, I wasn't really affected. This trip I just have to suggest that the Hotel really needs to improve the infrastructure. My room aircon was leaking and giving rattling round and they came to "repair". It was ok for a few hours, but throughout the night the aircon continues to leak and rattled, and worst is that little ice stones drop out from the aircon. I believe this aircon was having problem for some time, as I can see the Parquet Flooring already protruded up abit. Additionally, WiFi signal is also not strong, though the AP is just along the corridor. In General, Hotel needs to do some proper maintenance, and if change old and problematic any electronics and electrical appliances/cables

このホテルで最も驚いた事は、質問に対して回答が来ない事です。メールを確認していないのか不安になります。仕方がないのでフェイスブックのメッセンジャーからコンタクトし1つ目の質問については回答を得ました。しかし2回目はメールもメッセンジャーも(既読)無視でした。領収書に関わる事でしたが、説明が難しいのであればそう伝えるべきです。結局チェックアウト時にこちらが言い出すまで回答されない有様でした。ホテル宿泊前から信頼を失ったホテルです。

Disappointed with the reservation staffs.

First of all, their reply was very late. As for one of my questions, they didn’t reply until I checked out!! If it was hard to explain, they should have answered so instead of keeping quiet. I am very disappointed about this hotel even before I checked in.

場所はいいのにね

びっくりしました。バスローブ、枕が明らかに人が使った形跡があり、しかもバスローブは襟元が黄色くなっており数回使用した形跡と臭いがあり、フロントに言っても謝罪もなく数時間後に交換となった。 トイレの詰まり、バスタブの水漏れなど施設がかなり古いわりに全く補修をしていない。 オーナーが頻繁に変わっているらしく、困ったものです。

The room has great design and features but is not well maintained. Had problem with the shower, seemed that hot water not available some times. TV was not working at first but had it changed and no issue after that. A/C unit was too undersized for that size of room I think? Had to login to Wifi using username and password every time I connect to the Wifi

great place and comfortable environment

overall is above average. it is comfortable and central. would come back again. the only thing was the housekeeping did not live up to the expectation, but the 2nd night was good.

Very satisfied overall, hope it improves more.

The hotel is located in central area of the new city of Phnom Penh, walkable distance to many tourism places. The view from the hotel is amazing. Cleaning was OK, and amenities as well. I didn't like much the food, limited varieties and non-availability of halal food was another challenge. The gym and swimming pool were closed as I was informed by the receptionist, since they're being shifted to another place, which fine with me , but I didn't see any notice in the website or while completing my advance booking.

Good location with a lovely view of the river. Friendly and helpful staff. Lifts are too small to handle large groups. Stay on the 9th floor was disappointing in spite of the nice view due to lack of water pressure for showering .. forget having a long bath. There were only 3 settings - hot trickle, hotter trickle or complete water stop. Repeated feedback did not improve the situation. Resorted to stocking up on bottles of mineral water for shower use. Lower floors did not seem to be affected. Breakfast is served from 7 am - 10 am which was a little late for our group of 30+. Request for breakfast venue to be moved to the larger restaurant premise was readily done. Their regular breakfast area would not have been able to hold all of us plus other hotel guests. However, there were too few staff to deal with our breakfast crowd and warmers were empty of food by 8ish am with no sign of replenishment.

On the whole our stay in the hotel was more than comfortable. Liked the spaciousness m cleanliness. The only snag is the mattress which a tad too thin for a good sleep
