"This is a new property. It is attached to the fabulous Lotte mall so you don't even have to go outside to go to the mall. The roof top bar and infinity pool are superb. Our room on 20th floor with a balcony offered a fabulous view of West Lake and privacy. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the sliding glass door to the balcony making wind noise one evening and the building team immediately fixed it. I would suggest making your own transportation arrangements, however, if you are on a budget."

"I checked in at 1pm, checked out at 11:30pm for a silly-o'clock flight. I just needed somewhere to relax and take a shower, so I didnt sleep there. Very close to the airport, in fact right next to the runway. Lovely pool on the roof where you can watch the planes take off and land. 👍"

"Absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The free breakfast was actually very good, you order when you check in. Also, the free ride to the airport was fast and instantly provided when we asked. Great team and a great hotel. There are some good.pizza and fried chicken places within walking distance. Thanks from California!"
